The walking hydraulic system mainly provides power for the entire machine's walking, adjusts the driving speed, and realizes the forward and backward movement of the entire vehicle. The system consists of a SAUER90L75 pump, a SAUER90M55 front axle motor, and a SAUER51D110-1 two point controlled rear axle variable motor, forming a closed hydrostatic drive system. By changing the inclination angle of the swashplate in the 90L75 pump, the pump flow rate is changed to achieve speed regulation.
The displacement of the SAUER90L75 pump is controlled by the soft shaft controller handle on the right side of the operator's console in the driver's cab. When parking, the handle is in the middle position: move the handle forward, and the soft shaft steel wire drives the 90L75 pump control handle to rotate, causing a change in the inclination angle of the pump's swashplate and changing the pump displacement. This causes the quantitative motor driving the front axle and the variable motor driving the rear axle to change their output speed, causing the vehicle to move forward; When the joystick is moved to the opposite position, the inlet and outlet of the 90L75 pump

A circuit flushing valve has been designed in the closed circuit of the system, which is used to discharge the hot oil from the system for cooling purposes and flush out the dirt in the circuit. The pipe is routed from the upper housing drain port of the motor to the lower housing drain port of the pump, and then from the upper housing drain port of the pump to the manifold block.
2 Working device hydraulic drive system
The hydraulic system of the working device provides power for the rotary motion of the rotor, and changes its speed appropriately according to different working conditions. It consists of two SAUER90L130 pumps connected in series and two SAUER90M100 motors to form a closed hydrostatic drive system. The high-pressure oil of two 90L130 pumps is divided into two paths, which drive the 90M100 motors on the left and right sides of the milling and mixing rotor. The two motors are installed on the planetary reducers on both sides of the milling and mixing rotor, and the reducer outputs power to drive the milling and mixing rotor. Two 90L130 pumps, Port A and Port B, are connected with two high-pressure hoses to dynamically complement the energy of the two oil circuits. A circuit flushing valve is designed in the closed circuit of this system.
3 Steering hydraulic system
The cold regeneration machine uses front and rear frame hinge relative deflection to achieve overall steering. The characteristics of this steering system are flexible and lightweight operation, reliable operation, compact structure and reasonable layout, and convenient maintenance. The system consists of hydraulic components such as SNP3/38SSC07 gear pump, single stable diverter valve, hydraulic steering gear, and steering cylinder.
