The working device of the cold regeneration machine is a milling and mixing rotor equipped with a large number of specialized milling cutters. The machine travels along the working surface on the old road surface, with the rotor descending to the set depth, rotating at high speed, milling and crushing the raw road material (including the surface layer and base layer). At the same time, the water spraying system draws water from the accompanying water truck based on the driving speed and milling depth, and automatically sprays a certain amount of water into the working device casing. The delivery volume of water is controlled by a microprocessor controlled pumping system. The milling rotor thoroughly mixes water and milling material evenly. Liquid stabilizers, such as hot asphalt (a cold regeneration machine can be equipped with an emulsified asphalt spraying device), can be sprayed into the working device cover through specially designed nozzles; Powder stabilizers, such as cement, can be pre distributed on the working surface of the recycling machine according to the designed dosage.
